At Thelo Active Therapy we use an active approach to therapy, incorporating goal setting, movement and Martial Arts Therapy (MAT).

We work with individuals to enhance their physical and mental well-being while helping them confront their challenges and conquer daily obstacles. Our active therapeutic approach is designed to aid those with mental health issues, as well as individuals experiencing low self-esteem, diminished self-confidence, and reduced self-worth. We cater to a diverse range of age groups, including children, teenagers, and adults, including those who are neurodivergent.

At Thelo, we can help anyone gain confidence in body and mind. Take that first step to make a change!

Martial Arts Therapy (MAT) refers to the usage of Martial Arts as an alternative or complementary therapy. Integrating Martial Arts can help with redirecting aggression, confidence building, setting of boundaries and teaching assertiveness.
